Description Three curlews on the shore, two wading in the mudflats looking for food and one in flight. This is a scene from where I regularly walk near Gibbs Island. One dull, murky winter’s day I was exhilarated to see five curlews and was inspired to create this print afterwards. This original linocut print has been printed in a deep moody blue-grey with green undertones. It was carved and printed by hand in my garden studio in County Down. Due to the handmade nature of this process each limited edition print will be vary slightly. Imperfect, handmade, affordable original art.
