Description This limited edition print is from my watercolour painting of the Fermanagh Lakes, in Northern Ireland. I have spent a number of holidays in this area and have sailed and canoed on the loughs. It was a joy to illustrate because of the wealth of heritage sites and it’s importance for wildlife. Endangered birds such as the curlew have protected breeding sites on some of the islands. Illustrated maps are a great way to pack in a great deal of information and this print has been popular with people who got married in Fermanagh, grew up or used to holiday there because it encapsulates so many memories for them. The perfect wedding gift, new home gift, birthday, anniversary or retirement gift. The image size is 420 x 303mm, it is printed on textured off white paper in light fast inks. All prints are signed and numbered. It is recommended not to hang this print in direct natural light or, like a watercolour painting, it will fade. Prints will be posted in a cardboard tube.
